Common Questions

Yes — service credits can be applied to any qualifying treatment across all six of our service categories: Laser & Energy Devices, Facial Treatments, Injectables, Hair Restoration, Body Treatments, and Vitamin & Wellness Therapy.
Monthly credits (Bronze and Silver) do not roll over — we encourage you to stay consistent with your treatment plan. Gold Annual credits (12 per year) can be used any time within your annual membership period.
Monthly memberships (Bronze and Silver) can be cancelled with 30 days' notice before the next billing cycle. The Gold Annual plan is billed once per year; cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis — please contact us directly.
When you book as an active member, simply let our team know your membership tier. Your discount (20%, 25%, or 30%) is applied at checkout. For online bookings, the discount is confirmed upon arrival and reflected in your final invoice.
